At the same time, there is an increasing demand for water driven by changing consumption patterns. Therefore, it is essential to consider all sectors, ranging from agriculture to technology, when discussing water issues.It argues that in order to promote water efficiency, safety, and sustainability, it is vital to transform the management of water services. In this context, water operators are crucial in adapting the water management system to meet evolving demands and addressing three key areas: upgrading infrastructure, facilitating water reuse, and harnessing the potential of emerging technologies.
